Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.

To cancel items that aren’t dispatched yet:

1. Go to Your Orders
2. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items

Note: Your order will be canceled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made. Learn more about refund processing timelines

If your order has already been dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment has already made). We will shipment charges Inr. 100 only. In case you’re still contracted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.
